Thank you for your interest in Rhombus Counseling. We offer internship opportunities for associates pursuing their master’s and doctorate degrees in the clinical field.

We are currently accepting applications and scheduling interviews for those that are registered with the BBS  or BOP and have their associate number.  

After hiring, periodic orientations and training will be provided.  We hold an annual 40-hour Domestic Violence training for clinicians that are interested in running court mandated domestic violence groups.  We provide a well-rounded internship that allows you to experience individual, couples, & group counseling, domestic violence groups, assessments, client advocacy, professional development, content development, training, and supervision. We also offer ongoing training opportunities and value mentorship relationships.

Current and Active BOP or  BBS Associate Number

Position Description:

Associate (AMFT, ACSW, APCC) & Psychological Associates

The associate must maintain a minimum of 15 clients providing in person services or hybrid care at one of our company locations (La Mesa, El Centro, Fullerton).

Psychological Associates 

The Associate must maintain a minimum of 15 clients providing hybrid care at one of our company locations.

Position Rate of Pay:

60-minute individual/family/couple client session: $40-$50.00

90-minute individual client session: $60.00-75.00
